BS. rewards
Why do people on my team whether in a raid or nighfall that do terrible becuse I carry them, get the good weapons. I am about done trying. It seems the better you do then others there is no reward system in place. I

Simple. If your carrying them without those weapons you don't need one and they clearly do.
