Heavy Sniper
I think in taken king bungie needs to a heavy sniper rifle. It would either be an exotic or raid weapon. Its would start out explosive rounds, either solar, arc, or void elemental damage, and that it is put in the heavy weapon slot, and it's final upgrade would be that it can penetrate and explode two enemies and then have one larger explosion.
