Other Towers?
Just overheard the loudspeaker make an announcement that "This Towers' Cryptarch is Master Rahool." And I've heard the postmaster make a comment about a "bad address, that Tower is empty, isn't it?"
Are we on the only tower? They won't allow us to access the upper tower levels, maybe they are hiding other things as well? Thoughts?

Yes you can see them dotted throughout the City when you're at the Tower. I thought that they were empty but when I upgraded to next gen console, I can see spotlights and blinking beacons.
