Yes trading should be aallowed because it's if you have 2 of the same gun /armor or stuff you don't need and if someone is generous enough to swap the stuff you don't want for something you do want everyone will be happy
-
Give me 3 reasons why it shouldn't be allowed then
-
1 trade per week that's sham it should be like borderlands 2
-
A time limit for trading not a very good idea
-
Trading should definitely be in destiny
-
If you've played borderlands2 and dead island riptide you should know that they both have trading and nothing's wrong with the trade system accept from the glitch when you do a duel and he drops the weapon on the floor and let's the other person win but that won't happen in destiny cos u can't drop the weapon
-
Should be allowed. Don't see how it would "break" the game but I should be able to trade my spare Ghally's for something decent.
-
No, all your guns are special and should have a story about how you got them. My favourite is RNG. What a great story. Unique too... You should then wait for the dlc so you can shard the lot of them when they're rendered useless and your story meaningless.
-
As much as I want trading, I think it would be bad for the longevity of the game. If we could trade for something, people would be all over PayPal making a killing.
-
no, there is just not enough items in destiny to even consider trading.
-
Instead of straight up trading I would like a system where you can trade after an event. Such as a raid or nightfall . It shows a list of what everybody received after the event and it will open up a trade window before the orbit screen .
-
As much as it would be nice to send off spare Icebreakers, they're right about it ruining value. If you can just get everything from another player, there would be no point playing the game, and in a game that relies heavily on time, grind and luck, trading would be disastrous.
-
Do it ... so i can sell 3 ghorns for 50$
*^_^*
-
Only for materials and legendary stuff, not exotics, grind that shit out or wait for Xur to sell it,
-
NERF the trading system!!! Now or I give up and will go back to WoW and eating chips and Mountain Dew in my moms basement

Edited by PedalOnTheRight: 6/29/2015 4:00:45 PMI like the way Forza Horizon does it If someone is in your car club they can borrow any of the cars you have shared out in your club garage - they can't change them or delete them. Also, you can gift cars and paint jobs to other players - I've given away multi-million $ cars that are dups/trips big difference is that in Forza you can get cars through RNG or if your RNG is terrible and there is something you really want to grind for you can get it that way example: a certain car I was saving for was over 10 million, just about ready to buy it and it dropped as a reward for rolling gold 50 (again)
-
No because they keep adding stuff in and they wouldn't just leave just because they've got all the guns they can still do stuff like raids or other stuff
-
I think it should be allowed but only to other people that were in your group when the item dropped and only within a certain timeframe.
-
Current D3 model does it right. Only trade items with those you did a nightfall with, or crucible match. Or even raid or PoE. And a time limit of two hours.
-
"Man I have 3 gjallahorns but no hawkmoon. Man I have 3 hawkmoon and no gjallahorn. ... hmm 1 trade limit a week per account
-
No. Go play PC or something...
-
Yes so I can get rid of all these gallys lol
-
What about trading materials only? No weapons or armor.
-
Would break the game IMO
