The Taken King, SW: Battlefront, Halo 5: Guardians, and Fallout 4... it's almost too much!!!

This year's E3 is an embarrassment of riches for gamers. I've got 4 games to pre-order for this holiday season. How am I supposed to play them all? First, we're going to have The Taken King DLC in September, which is only going to fuel my Destiny addiction even further; I'm having a lot of trouble putting this game down these days. The grind gets on my nerves sometimes, but the game is still just too much fun to put down; I'm 100% series, not being sarcastic or nothing. And this DLC brings new subclasses, a new Raid, a new Campaign, and more... Then, in October, we'll have Halo 5: Guardians. Not sure about this one, truth be told... I've no doubt it'll be better than Halo 4, as 343i seems to have learned from their mistakes, but it doesn't have Firefight... instead, it's got this new mode called Warzone, which looks as though Invasion and Firefight had a baby. It's got me nervous and excited at the same time. There is the promise of free DLC, which is good, considering how poorly DLC was handled in Halo 4 and Halo: Reach. Maybe we'll all get to actually play the DLC maps in multiplayer this time around. Then, there's the game Star Wars fans have waited for more than 10 years... Star Wars: Battlefront III, arriving in November. I saw the Hoth demo, and it looks amazing, very faithful to the original games. I haven't had a really good AAA Star Wars game in a decade, and I cannot wait to get my hands on this game; to create my own Rebel soldier or Imperial Stormtrooper and take command of walkers, starfighters, speeders, and more. Finally, we have what may be the biggest game of the year... Fallout 4. I've been looking forward to this since Skyrim. I expected a Fallout game on the Skyrim engine Fallout 3 style, but Bethesda seems intent on doing a helluva lot more than that. A fully-voiced, fully-customizable main character, and incredible amount of weapon and armor customization, and goodness knows what else this game has in store for us... I have a feeling that once this game comes along, I may take a long break from Destiny. I'll be back, or course... but I've been waiting to return to the Wastelands of Fallout and the battlefields of Star Wars for a very long time. I swear, the wait for this holiday season is going to be positively agonizing. Three months, and we get our first taste of video game epicness when The Taken King drops September 15th. I can't wait. My fellow gamers... I will see you on the virtual battlefield, be t here in our Solar System against the forces of Darkness, the frozen battlefields of Hoth, the post-apocalyptic wastelands of Boston, or even the massive warzones in Halo 5: Guardians.
