We are so divided, and there is so much hatred among us, we will either become (or as long suspected, already are) the darkness and will destroy everything. Or when this true darkness comes, we won't have time to get our shit together and will fall anyway. The elitist guardians will rush the front line thinking their all that and just get wrekd. The crucible go'ers we'll go next thinking "we got this" only to find out Thorn doesn't do shit (darkness infused weapons can't hurt darkness duh) and will fall next. The rest of the "every day" guardians, because they have been shunned by the elitists and left out of the truly rewarding things, will lack the the firepower to make a dent and will fall too. Lastly, those guardians who never quite seem like their all there, that just idle about, won't even see it coming and will be a nice dessert for the darkness.
