Rumor: Microsoft buys the rights to silent hills
Have any of you knob heads heard this rumor that Microsoft is buying silent hills to make it an Xbox one exclusive?

I heard trying to buy, as in they want it. But as of right now, it is not known if they really are, if konami will sell it, and so on. Good thing I don't care for konami anymore. Castlevania was the last good game they had Til lords of shadow came out. Didn't like those at all.

2 RepliesPersonally would be a coupe for Microsoft Im not sure about billions thou but we are talking about a franchise so it's possible. Both del torro and reedus wanted to continue so the game would be the same just with Microsofts money.

Ya I would just consider a weak rumor a best. I'm sorry but as much as I love Silent Hill as a franchises and is one of my favorite franchises it's not worth billions, especially the way Konami has been treating it for years, unless if Microsoft overplayed immensely for it. I could understand if it was Metal Gear but Silent Hill? No way.
