So Bungie suspends people (trials)

Which is all well and good and I'm sure the vast majority of honest gamers agree with it. But why are these people being banned ? Did they glitch, did they lag switch, did they stick a team mate in a corner all the time and carry them to such a degree that Bungie decided that wasn't in the spirit of competition ? Was that taking carrying too far ? I am pleased to note that Bungie is watching but wouldn't it make more sense to have a list of things that people will be banned for ?. Wouldn't a heads up be nice to get people thinking about playing the game in the spirit it's intended ?. All I know is that if I was playing in what I thought was an okay manner (no deliberately unfair acts) and I got suspended, I'd be pretty peeved if I didn't know what I'd done wrong. Does Bungie actually tell people why they've done it ?. Thoughts?
