Ok, so we've all heard of the Readable Grimoire suggestion that pops up on the #Feedback section but continually flops out of sight. It was basically shutdown by Deej for little reason other than the players already have access to it on this companion app. I can't stress this enough, but in game Grimoire would greatly improve the Destiny experience. A player on the forums related this in game Grimoire idea to how the Codex works in the Mass Effect Trilogy. I wholeheartedly agree with that concept as I listened to about every Codex entry in that series. Now, readable in game Grimoire is good enough. If good enough isn't your thing then voice actors reading the Grimoire will be absolutely amazing. I'm going to take this idea one massive leap forward. This would make Destiny a universe with no comparison. Mass Effect 2 & Mass Effect 3 both had DLCs which allowed you to make decisions from the previous game in a comic book styled interface. If Destiny implemented an in game Grimoire in a comic book styled interface with voice acting... Well... I probably wouldn't be writing this thread and I'd be a total book worm. I would have even less life than I do now. This would require a massive undertaking by Bungie, but the risk/reward could easily set the franchise back into the minds of the consumers. I can only hope, if only this were in our future. ----- Please bump this past the outer solar system so this idea can be heard. Or start a similar thread in the #Feedback section so the Ninjas might take notice of the idea for in game Grimoire. Thank you!
