Hey guys so I saw a post on how the Elder Cipher Bounty can be farmed, I can confirm the bounty does drop after killing Skolas and you DO NOT need to clear the mines, as far as doing this multiple times on the same character is concerned, this hasn't happened. We killed Skolas a further few times and no one managed to get a hold of another one, hopefully this clarifies some confusion... here is a video showing the bounty dropping by killing Skolas!
