Dismantling ascended armour.
Hi guys, quick question.
If I dismantle armour that I used an etheric light to ascend, do I get that etheric light back or is it lost to the cosmos forever?
In my haste to get lv 34 I ascended my crota raid chest piece but have since found a better one for my load out.

I'd say yes since old armour gives the upgrade parts to boost it to year 1. If you don't need the armour then just dismantle it and find out :)
