Trials Ejected After 2 Losses
Was this a glitch? My trials passage shows that it's completed when only 2 losses are present.

I think the glitch was caused by another on my Fireteam having his passage truly completed (with 3 losses). When they received a 3rd loss on their card somehow my card thought it had 3 losses too, but it really didn't. The glitch also affected the 3rd member of my fireteam -- his card only showed 2 losses, but also was marked as complete.
