Today i logged in completed some bounties on my Hunter and before turning them in i changed characters to my warlock and put my Dragon Breath in the vault to level it with bounties, however when i took it out on my hunter it duplicated and now i have 2 of them (Check the screenshot). I am not sure what might have possibly caused this but i'd prioritize this because it may possibly end up as a duping glitch.
