Treasure key from turning in Queen's bounties
I haven't seen it mentioned as a way to get a key, but it is possible to get a key from turning in bounties. Turned in my last bounty on my 2nd character and got a token (I forget the name, similar to the Queen's Favor) that turned into a key. Glad to see that as I've had no luck with chests or the Nightfall.

The I turned in all 6 on all 3 characters and only 1 key was rewarded. I watched Broman today get a key for turning in 3 wanted bounties and I seen his brother Teawrex turn in all 6 and received a key. It's random but it has a chance. It comes in the form as a "Gift from the Queen".

I got helium and relic iron in one of mine. Haven't finished the other characters yet.

I can confirm that you can get a key from secondary chest in PoE 28... I am speaking from experience... in about 10 runs I managed to get 1... So the loot table for secondary chests includes keys as well :)

The queens blessing I think. I got it too. It is an RNG thing too. Some people get a emblem. Thanks for your post
