Getting booted at boss fight in prison of elders and not being able to join back with Fireteam??????

Played for hours on level 34 Prison of Elders (with same 2 people), when we got to the boss, I got booted and couldn't join back up with my fireteam!!! That is so frustrating!!! You have any idea? Anybody?? Hours of playing and no reward at end!!! Please do something about this!!! Please!!! CRABS4208. PLEASE

When I tried to join back up with my fireteam, it said "Fireteam Joining Disabled"!!! What?? Why???
