Speaker & Eris Morn Not Offering Material Exchange
Not sure if this has gone live as of yet but I don't have the option to exchange any materials when i visit the Speaker in the Tower or Eris Morn. I was under the impression that this service was supposed to be available when the HoW went live.
Is this available to you or do you know anyone who's having the same issue?

If you do not have the materials on your character, the exchanges will not appear at the Speaker. [b][url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12929]The Speaker is not exchanging materials for me.[/url][/b] As for Eris, you need to be Eris Rank 4 on that character to exchange Radiant materials with Eris.
