Freezing to the moon

Trying to get to the moon and it freezes as am warping there. Do I need to buy a new disc or is it my system. Please has anyone had this happen them am stuck grinding on earth Help!!!!

Could be that your disc is scratched. Clean it carefully and try again if you haven't already

Could be your system. Probably a bad sector on the hard drive.
