So I have created [b][i]The Clan Elite[/i][/b] Only the best Guardians will be allowed to join [b][i]TCE[/i][/b] so most players will not be invited into the Clan. Only the Guardians that can prove to me that they deserve to be in our clan will be accepted. So yes [b]you will have to play with one of our clan members to prove yourself first before we let you join the Clan. [/b] Grimoire, K/D, and Light Level does not truly show who is a great Guardian. Only by playing with you will we be able to see how good you really are and if you work well with a team. [i]I don't care if you're black, white, male, female, young, old, gay, straight, a meowing duck or the Flying Spaghetti Monster because TCE does not discriminate as long as you're a good player and teammate.[/i] -------------------------------------------- [b]The 6 things that I am looking for in potential members are as follows.[/b] -------------------------------------------- [b]Skill[/b] - [i]You must show that you are able to hold your own. It's fine if you only play PvE or only PvP, but you must be good at doing it. We are only as strong as our weakest member.[/i] [b]Teamwork[/b] - [i]You have to be able to work well with your team. A team of five good players have a greater chance to succeed than a team of five great players who don't know how work together. [/i] [b]Communication[/b] [i]Yes this is a part of teamwork, but it is such a major part that it deserves it's own listing. First off you must have a mic. You need it so that you can let your team know where the enemies are, how many of them are coming, where they're moving to, what they are using, and what you are doing. Also you need to be able to have your teammate's back as they should have yours.[/i] [b]Knowledge of Destiny[/b] [i]If we're doing a strike, raid, Crucible match, etc. you have to know what to do and know the most efficient way of doing it.[/i] [b]Good Attitude[/b] [i]Being an asshole is okay (because I am definitely one) just make sure it's all in good fun. The last thing we need are two members getting into a heated argument because other members will start picking sides and then the whole clan will fall apart.[/i] [b]Be Active[/b] [i] I don't expect you to be on all the time, but at least try to be on a few times a week. Also you need to be playing with your clanmates sometimes (again doesn't have to be all the time, but get to know each other).
