The Purge: hunt the Nerfherders
I propose that once a month, Xander 99-40 has bounties with the names of those Guardians who have called for weapon nerfs that month. You would pick up a bounty, and then relentlessly hunt that nerf-loving Guardian for 24 hours. Perhaps you'd get a notification when your target logs on to Destiny. Your only reward: your kill would be played in a video loop of Nerfherder kills projected on the Tower wall. That, and you'd get a symbol painted on your armor indicating the number of nerf bounty kills you have.

I like it. In the real world there are all sorts of weapons and these weapons are all different. Two armies wouldn't stop fighting if one side had more powerful weapons, they would just adapt. Having weapons with different statistics and abilities is what makes the game more diverse and realistic. What is the point of every gun in the game doing the same damage, you might as well only have one gun. Name and shame, I want some medals on my chest for number of Nerfherders killed!
