Current Nightfall Glitched
My team and I were just in nightfall and after the second wave with the Ultra Hobgoblins it repeated the step to access the panel with their Ghost 2-3 times with the same wave. Then no wave came and the door did not open. You could here the panel making a sound almost as if it was a real malfunction sound. We had to start over.
