Vault of Glass - Secrets

Hello, I'm very fascinated with the Vault of Glass raid and I want to EE hunt. PSN is tim5700. Since I wanna EE hunt, I want to know EVERYTHING! My questions are: What is the lore behind VoG? Lore behind Kabr? Any dead ghosts? Significance of Campus 9 or Zydron? How many "secret" paths have been found? (I know of 4, the Vault Floor, the Jumping Puzzle, the hole above the Door to Atheon's room, and the second path leading to the Templar.) The timegate at the end of the jumping puzzle? Lights throughout the VoG? How many chest's have been found? Where? Theories? or Thoughts? Videos or pics to back up what you post? Feel free to answer any of these.

Lore behind Kabr?[/quote] The Vault of Glass is the center of knowledge and time used by the Vex, not much is released on the actual Vault seeing as you are only in the Vault when you are doing the jump puzzle, then you leave to the throne room. Kabr was one of a full fireteam who made it to through the Vault to Atheon, however Kabr was the only one to survive when Atheon called upon the Oracles. The Oracles whipped the fireteam from existance, so there are no records of Kabr going in with people. That's why it always talks like Kabr went in alone, but even Kabr said that he was alone, but you can't open the Vault alone. Kabr lived by forging one relic in the past, which would then translate to the present, Templar, and future, the "Venus Gate". He was soloing the "Mars"/Past Gate when his fireteam was whipped out by the Oracles, and he used his sanity and dead vex to forge the relic and live. Also in doing this, he made it possible to kill Atheon. [quote]Any dead ghosts?[/quote] No [quote]Significance of Campus 9 or Zydron?[/quote] It is believed that opening the Spire in the beginning and then rushing to the Zydron Gate will trigger a new opening to the Vault of Glass, but there have been no confirming or denying attempts to support this. There is a specific door next to the last active jump gate what has the same splash effect when being shot as many things in the Vault. There are some who believe the coding for the Hezen Protective (the main Vex in the Vault of Glass) simply makes any Hezen Protective to spawn as the level that they appear in the Vault. [quote]The timegate at the end of the jumping puzzle?[/quote] It is the spawn area for the last chest, which has many theories on how to make it spawn. Some are aesthetic, others our from the failed attempts to complete the Vault, and others are just to light your path on the ways of those who succeeded. Other things that tell you were to go for secrets include the carvings on the ground and walls with a circles and a line acting as a radius pointing you in a certain direction. Where?[/quote] There are 5-7 confirmed chests and to get them you have to do a basic flawless run while doing all the optional paths and mechanics in the Vault. 1: The given chest after opening the door. 2: (supposed) On the secret path below the 1st chest, up a tricky jump system to a chest that only appears if no sync plates are taken while opening the Vault. 3: The given chest in "Spirit Bloom Room" 4: While going down the secret path found after spirit bloom room, there is a chest spawn in an area about midway through the falling section. Only obtained if you prevent the Templar from teleporting during the final boss fight. 5: The given Exotic chest once through the secret falling section, can be accessed from the normal path by back-tracking with some jumping. 6: The given chest to the right of the Gorgon Maze. 7: (supposed) If clearing the Gatekeeper's conflux flawlessly (No sacrifices) and already having flawless on the first confluxes before the templar, then leaving someone outside the Throne Room, the door will reopen and you can get the chest at the broken gate. Thoughts and Theories are all things I want/need to find people to try out, otherwise they stay thoughts and theories. Most are in here with Zydron and such, but either way I hope this helps some. Feel free to correct me.
