Matchmaking Not Working

Played one round of IB 15 minutes ago and now can't get matched for IB or Weekly Heroic. Tried quitting-and-reopening. Also getting caterpillar and cattle errors. Anyone else?

    Hey everyone, Some services were experiencing intermittent outtages over the weekend (particularly Xbox Live Core Services) so if you're not having issues anymore, that might have been the (temporary) problem. If you're still having problems connecting to Matchmaking services and you're seeing cattle and caterpillar errors, I strongly encourage you to check out the NAT, UPnP, and Packet Loss sections of our [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/11930]Network Troubleshooting Guide[/url]. These two errors in particular indicate that there is a problem with the connection between your console and the Matchmaking servers. I know it's frustrating to hear that changing your home network configuration when it was previously working may resolve the problem, but many users have reported that following our troubleshooting guide has completely resolved their Cattle and Caterpillar errors.
