Into the mic while looking in the mirror until a baby laughs, then floof about into a 360 nosegrind to Christ Air across the bevels of Atheon's armor, you get the Decent Juju from Shipmaster. Then you have to beat Invasion Tower as Ermac without using command grabs with the Decent Juju equipped. Upon completion, it shatters, and you get a new Quest bounty from Rahool. After you become the 5th Hokage, Lord Saladin Slytherin will give you half of the Bad Juju (the model data data miners have found is just a scout rifle stock.) still can't find the other half of it.
