I want to pick my own scope
I don't want to have preloaded scopes (none of which have actual cross-hairs). I want to upgrade my weapon, unlock a new scope and go to the gunsmith and actually pick one I like. Bump if you want to pick your own scope and other gun accessories.
Edit 1: I didn't expect to garner this much support, God knows the Destiny community can be fickle at times. Thanks for all of the support guys! Let's keep it going and maybe one day Bungie will hear us out on the subject.

It is kinda ridiculous, honestly how a sight has so much impact on gun performance?

3 RepliesOptics are part of the stat roll, because sights do affect Stability and Reload. Picking your own optics would eliminate that particular RNG aspect. The closest you'll get is the new Reforge system with Tower weapons.

I agree with this, it would be something you can do through the gunsmith. When upgrading my weapon I never chance my scope/barrel because they are so similar there isn't a point. If it's a perk not worth changing, then bungie fix this by either allowing us to purchase these parts from the gunsmith, or remove that upgrade tree. It's just pointless as is!
