The Last Word .. Bug?
shooting someone while ADS and extra precision damage proc'd? Am I mad, no it didnt happen against me that time lol but it needs fixed

Its a bug with client and server lag See when you ADS the client says "Hey, your ADS, no extra damage" But the client has to say to the server that you're ADS and that you shouldn't get the extra critical hit damage. However, sometimes this is delayed or not received in time so the server still thinks that you're hip-firing giving you the extra crit damage when you shouldn't, this is common in all games that have online. This is the only reason why this happens. Hope it helped!

2 RepliesA critical hit is a randomly generated bonus damage applied to a single bullet thanks to RNG. A precision hit is a hit to the head (or vex abdomen) that produces extra precision damage. So yours was a random critical hit, dude. Certain weapons have a higher % chance of producing critical hits. Though my efideet's has final round, it often produces critical hits (that are equal in damage to final round), so that it sometimes kills in one shot to the body on the first or second round of the magazine, despite them being full health (a 240+ damage bullet). On crota raid gauntlets you can have a perk that "produces orbs if you kill a hive with a critical hit". It only activates if you kill hive with that RNG bonus critical damage. It's not a bug.

Absolutely a bug on the gun. I played a single player pve match and never had it proc inless I wasn't ads. Should be fixed because it is kinda broken at times a better luck in the camber.

TLW proc's 111's all the time ADS. Its extremely easy to tell when it happens to you to. However, its not supposed to.
