Suppresser grenades not working as intended.
I started using Suppressor grenades in PVP. They are suppose to end and prevent abilities from being used. I have hit several people with them and they still do their supers or continue to use them (incases such as golden gun and blade dancing)
Is this a bug or is it a -chance- that it will happen?

This is likely a lag issue. It could make it appear as though you hit someone when they were actually far enough away to not become suppressed. Or they could have become suppressed a few seconds later.
