Forgot Gheleon. That's probably my favorite, but I never got a 331 version with the good perks. Just a trash-roll 300 one I've still got

Saterienne Rapier (with Firefly) is another nice option. I use it on one of my hunters quite often.

Badger CCL with "Send it"! Can "head shot" baddies from insane distances! Hardly ever use Red Death because of this. My MAIN weapon for the last 5 Nightfalls!

Entirely depends on the random perks. Now if you went only by the vendor versions, then we have a starting point. Other than that it is only faster firing lighter hitting or slower firing harder hitting.

Vision isnt really much of a scout rifle it is more like a high impact auto rifle.
