I've heard that packages for reaching Faction Rank 3 ALWAYS contain a legendary item. Can anyone confirm this? I know that packages for reaching ranks four and above often contain just ascendant materials. I've got 13 factions within 50 reputation points of the next rank; 5 on my Warlock, 4 on my Hunter and 4 on my Titan. 9 of these will be Rank 3 packages. I won't be ranking them up until HoW is released. Hopefully I'll get a few good drops with new gear, but want to be mentally prepared if these packages can turn out to be less than "legendary".
