Why do my balls hurt?
So all day today my left testicle has been really painful to the touch and it's really annoying
Is it because of inflammation or something?

It's not that big of an issue, the sperm will just eventually die and get reabsorbed into the body, however if you just bust a nut you should feel better. Of course, you should always talk to your doctor first, the Internet isn't exactly the most reliable source :P Edit: Just looked it up, the epididymis (sac where sperm is stored) Is most likely to be found on the males left side, thus why your left nut hurts.
