I heard these were pretty "meh" for exotic armor, and I wanted to share my thoughts. Originally, I thought Shoulder Charge would've been an epic slam that sends people flying. It would showcase the Titan's strength. You could knock people into each other, into obstacles, or off the map. Instead, it's just a boring insta-kill. If you land it without getting shotgunned down, then it's power in PvP is undeniable. I'm not complaining that it's weak but it's kind of pointless for people who use shotguns anyway. I'm also surprised the charge wears off AT ALL. Like... why? Titans are already the slowest class so it's really hard to get the drop on people. Anyways, I recommend [b]upgrading the "Be Somewhere Else" perk to increase Shoulder Charge damage. It wouldn't change PvP but it would make the exotic armor more useful in PvE.[/b] [u]Shoulder Charge is currently completely useless in PvE because shotguns now function properly.[/u] Yes, I know about the new exotic boots coming. No, I'm not getting them.
