No one else showing up in Destiny and matchmaking not working
No one else showing up in Tower
Matchmaking wont work. Just spins continously - Find - Evaluating - Find - Evaluating
Have rebooted, shutdown, logged off and back on
Any one have any clues as to what is up

I had the same thing happen, was kinda nice having the whole tower to myself. You can still do missions but you are going to play alone. Xbox reboot and router reboot fixed my issue. Now I have to the share the tower again.
