This was my most favorite perk to have on fusion rifles in PvE, was one of the only reason I ran with a fusion rifle in PvE. Before the nerf, you had a chance of getting 5 full shots in return ammo, this made fusion rifles last a long time in battles like the confluxes in VoG; never ran out of ammo. Now it has been reduced to 1 returned shot and reduced the chances of getting ammo back. Though they may have wanted it to match with the shotguns and snipers only getting 1 shot back, it should have been the other way around, let the shotguns and snipers generate 5 shots with the perk along side the fusion rifles, that would have been awesome for PvE, and they could have kept all of the ammo nerfing to PvP. It really bums me out when the PvP players screw with how we play in PvE. On a side note, since the Performance Bonus Perk is no longer useful, what perk should I look for in replacement? I have an Iron Banner fusion rifles so I could re-roll that.
