I just solo'ed Crota's End three (3) times this past weekend and to any avail I get nothing but energies and shards besides two armor pieces and a ship between all three characters (Warlock | Titan | Hunter). This seems unacceptably off to me. Now I know and understand the raids are meant to be team based activities and they shouldn't be done by one person. My problem is the fact that I can honestly beat normal Crota's End with a Warlock, Titan, and Hunter by myself and receive no decent exotic/raid drops from Deathsinger or Crota seems quite absurd. I understand the chances of quality items are lower in this random drop looting system but this is just really sad. I've read constantly that many people seem to notice this lingering issue. Not just when they don't get the particular item they want but when they get nothing decent at all. Raids, Nightfalls, Crucible, etc. I should not be able to do a teams worth of work by myself and have to leave the raid with a sense of accomplishment and nothing to show for it. Bungie, I know you see these comments and rants about the loot dropping. What is your take on these situations? Very many players understand that the system is random but if you are adjusting the drop rate as time progresses please let the players know what to expect. First few weeks of the Crota's End release and everyone seemed to get something. Even if they already had it. Now I see far to many times on a team or by myself that shards and energies are prevailing far too much to make anyone want to spend time completing this thing. I'm not even that upset about missing out on drops and things of that nature. My experience with the RNG has been pretty positive to neutral. I have a lot of exotics (weapons & armor) roughly equally acquired through Xur or drops. So I'm not just complaining and acting like I haven't seen the light before. "I AM THE LIGHT" lol but seriously I just wonder sometimes even when you have it all I would like to see some reward for efforts like soloing a raid. So to end this, as I stated earlier, Bungie, what is your take on this loot/random drop system and does/how does it change as time progresses? To the community, all players who've had generally positive or negative loot experiences, what is your take on it? Do you all notice differences as time progresses (updates excluded)? Have you had a general trend you mentally keep track off? I'd like to hear from everyone! Always good to see what's the consensus. [WARNING]: Before you comment: "It's RNG get over it", "Pray to RNGesus", etc. I already understand that so please don't waste our time stating the obvious. I want to hear what people's takes on these supposed trends I'm noticing are.
