Let the gunsmith roll perks.....
....just like IB , for motes of light , let us take our legendary guns and roll for new perks......he seems kind of bored ....let him be useful;) .

He could sell a reroll in exchange for something like 50 heavy ammo synth. The equivalent to 47,500 glimmer Or The equivalent to 10 strange coins. By making it cost more than the glimmer cap you reduce player ability to respect over and over. Also, has the added benefit of creating a Strange Coin sink.
