Greetings. A lot of friends were banned, even myself. All because we logged on a hacked console. What I understand is that the bans are permanent but... five of my friends have already recovered their accounts (ban removed) Thanks to God my girlfriend did too. But, there are also a couple of friends that didn't, including me. We were all banned because of the same thing. The only one who was banned with no reason was my girlfriend. But, then, I'm finding that the half of my friends are getting back their accounts. And we were banned by the same thing. So, why the other half of my friends and me, still banned?
