There's only... • 21 Exotic weapons (not including Hawkmoon & Monte Carlo) • 18 Raid weapons (VoG & CE). • 12 Vanguard weapons • 12 Crucible weapons • 9 Iron Banner weapons ...for a total of 72 weapons. You still have 18 slots left between your 3 characters and the 20 slots in the vault for a total of 38 empty slots! And it's not like you need duplicates, now that the Destiny Companion app allows you to switch items between characters faster than you can say "Jack Robinson". Then again the game could be perfect in every way and people would still have something to bitch about. Whatever. Well, now you'll have plenty of room to store more weapons than are actually in the game... at least the ones worth collecting anyway.
