When you bring guardians into an in progress PvP match you should spawn them with the amount of super energy they would have based on the time the match has been going. Nothing sucks worse than spawning into a match and getting killed by 4 or 5 supers in a row and you have no chance to counter them. It happened to me this morning in my first Iron Banner match.
