[BUNGIE] Missing items when transferring from to the Vault via Bungie.net or Companion?

Are you missing items after transferring them to the Vault from Bungie.net or the Companion app? Here are a few steps to verify the items in question 1. Check Vaults on [u]all[/u] of your characters 2. Check Inventories on [u]all[/u] of your characters 3. Close Destiny, re-launch and then verify all Vaults & Inventories If you're still unable to locate the missing item(s), please let us know by replying to this thread listing the item(s) lost, date/time of Vault transfer, and method of Vault transfer (Bungie.net or Companion). If you were able to locate the item(s), we want to hear from you too! Please reply to this thread listing how/where you found the item(s), how long it took for the item(s) to re-appear, and method of Vault transfer (Bungie.net or Companion). [b]UPDATE 4/1/2015[/b] After investigating this matter, we have been unable to reproduce a scenario where any items were lost due to system transfer between the Bungie.net/Companion app and characters’ Vaults. We’re going to keep an eye on any further reports that may arise, however we do not restore any items or characters.   • I have experienced this issue. I just posted somewhere else and then found this. On 3/4/15 approximately 6:30pmEST I was transferring weapons and armor from my "main" to an alt. I was using the Destiny app on an iPhone for this transaction. I also was in orbit, not in a battle zone or anything. I noticed that I did not have black hammer when I got into doing the weekly, and was almost certain that I had transferred it. I checked through the app with no luck. I figured that it was just a fluke with the app. Today 3/6 I have verified that I do not have the weapon Black Hammer anywhere on any characters. Is there any resolution of this issue in place yet? I am very interested to learn about why this is happening.
