Solving Destiny: The Untold Story

Rasputin is one of our last hopes.

Rasputin was our demise.

More information needed...

We all know Destiny has an inside out storyline. Literally, details that tell the history are in grimoire, not in game. Like an internal third party. Clues and secrets can be found everywhere and I don't think people are paying enough attention. No real purpose to even look I guess, but I think I can see it. At least a glimpse of a hazy figure, in a thick fog. Let me explain. Probably the most relatable character I can think of is Rasputin, the last warmind. I'll edit a link to a post that organizes a lot of information on Rasputin for you. His symbol is concentric diamonds with... Wings I'll say. It's on the pocket infinity perk, anomaly map, and I'm sure plenty of other places. The pocket infinity is "less a weapon than a doorway" Doorway to what? Is there a key we need? Is the weapon itself a key? Grimoire containing dialogue between Sundaresh, Dr. Shim, Duane, and Esi speculate that they themselves are trapped inside a simulation, and that they are calling upon the warmind as a way to outsmart the vex specimen. This was a mistake because we learn in campus 9 that the vex communicate with one mind. Armies of vex communicating directly with a single entity. There is no way Rasputin can outsmart something that had until the beginning of time to learn ( the vex are in an alternate dimension where time flows parallel and backwards to our own.) Now if the pocket infinity IS the warmind, I think this because grimoire has a memoir personifying a weapon, then he is the way out of the simulation. Hoping there is a door, or key. The vex would actually be unbeatable if they all had the ability to possess reality like they do in the vault of glass. This power comes from essentially writing themselves in the code of physics. Grimoire again, I hate looking for specifics, it says the vex could have planted themselves as a virus in physics to become laws of reality. Understand? Good! Again this power is limited to their vault. So we exist in reality until we reach the vault? Yes unless the simulation is reality and reality is the simulation. We still don't know if Rasputin is on our side. His last process put him in " moral status MIDNIGHT EXIGENT and long hold for reactivation. Midnight could mean darkness (duh) and EXIGENT means immediate aid or action. He could have been the million knives that cut into the Traveler. Or through his Russian translations ( found in the link ) essentially turned the people the Traveler relied on for help against the Traveler. This would directly link grimoire to Greek myths about Titanomachy (ten year war, why Bungie says destiny will be a ten year game) and how Cronus castrated the God of the universe Uranus with Gaia's sickle. Yes a sickle, like the Russian one. The grimoire says that the Traveler can't even trust his memories and the million knives stole more than his body. And in his last breath of life he created the ghosts. The breath of life came when he was castrated. In a panic kind of. A last hope for himself, and his children, and maybe the universe too. Its up to us, guardians. Edit: here is that link https://www.bungie.net/sr/Forum/Post/72328147/0/0/1
