There is still a dead ghost in the "Eye of a Gate Lord" mission that can be picked up, but it will award nothing. Leaving the mission and restarting it will allow you to pick up the ghost again and again. It is in the big room where Zydron spawns. If that's the case, this ghost should not be available unless you have the Pocket Infinity bounty active, as it just confuses people (like me).
