I think the problem all boils down to stereotypes... stereotypes that all men want is to sleep with any woman they see, stereotypes that all women are insecure and should be coz their man might leave them, stereotypes that men are never satisfied, stereotypes that all women want is money, stereotypes that women prefer pink and boys prefer blue... the list could go on! Women think "well everyone says that men only want sex and will sleep with anything with two legs" and they belive it coz it's everywhere. I think stereotypes are a huge problem in society and they continue to get worse with each generation and these stereotypes then feed the fear and insecurites of women and men alike. That's my opinion anyway.
