A little lifesaver that no one knew about
After logging countless of hours, I can assure you that I thought I knew everything there is to this game, until one faithful day, someone decided to share a little tip with me while doing Crota on hard.
As the raid initiated, my team and I took down all of the enemies down and left a few Knights to make a few orbs, however, while I gazed at oversoul, the patch behind Crota, a knight came down swinging and tearing my back apart, I had a sliver of health left. And then [b]oh forget it, I'm not writing another paragraph, let's get to the point.[/b]
-Shooting your own trip mine grenade with the Red Death replenishes your health.
Edit: From the looks of it, I'm also being informed that health regen perk can also be activated by shooting any objects that reacts to your shots.
-Explosive barrels/yellow boxes
-Spike grenades
-Lightning grenades
Edit 2: Same effects can be achieved with Bad Juju.

So because the Suros can regen your health like the red death, would the Suros work like this?

These affects will also take place if you go down to the black water you fall into and shoot your foot with Red Death. WARNING: it has been tested and confirmed that Bad JuJu does not work in the water. Only Red Death. Also, watch out for the gatekeeper!

I already knew this, it's a very little bonus since your grenade could be on recharge plus there is a lot of thrall already that you can kill for health regeneration, but it does work well in the crucible shooting enemy lightning/tripmine grenades.

i wish i had been using this before you posted it on the website where it will likely get looked at by a bng dude and eventually patched but thanks i did not know of this. i will use it until the patch for it

Spike grenade is the more safe option as it doesn't harm you if thrown at your feet.

I don't see this being patched. Technically your grenades aren't friendly since they can hurt you after you deploy them. Good tip.
