Warlock revive specials is a joke
I am getting really sick of being killed by a warlock with a special who can simply wait to be killed, then revive and unleash their special on the unsuspecting enemy. I would like to see that ability removed. I can't imagine how many kills I would get if I could simply run into a group and die, just to revive with my arc blade and kill everyone. They need to level the playing field. Sick of it

I've never seen someone use that special get a kill after using it. Never (and I mean it).

Meh, it's usually one kill, two kills max on their super. Often times, they revive and I burn them right back down, which is a completely wasted super.

1 ReplyI'm a warlock and I think the super is underpowered because when u self rez the only think that boosts ur damage output is ur grenades (4-8) and even then u may not even have time to use them Please buff warlock

i rarely see a good timed revive. most revive instantly, get 1 melee ko (or simply get downed again) and then their super runs out. wasted. (you can already kill everyone with arc blade, you dont need revive. but lets end the bladedancer discussion here, everyone already knows whats up with it.)

And in the meantime, the warlock on the other team thinks your Bladedancer is OP....

2 RepliesHonestly. Selfres'ing Sunsingers are just a free double kill. Most are to busy trying to charge for their 1-ko melee but by the time their're close i've already peleted them with Machine Gun bullets or Shotgun pellets.

Yeah but they're also easy to kill. With self res you don't get damage resistance thats why i never use it. I always use radiant skin

There is an obvious audio questions when they self res. Quickly switch to a shot gun or fusion rifle and get ready to hit them while they are in animation. I've killed lots warlocks right after they self res and gotten an extra kill.

Cry about it. Upon self revival it is so easy to kill us. I've gone fireborn, and then been killed immediately. Or someone supers at I fireborn. Cry, more.

Ha, you might've been one of the assholes I killed in the crucible last Monday. Honestly though, the class is only good if you have opportunity and skill. So really it's not unfair if you're killed by it, it just means you have them chance.

Remove it?.... HAHAHAHA PvP is a tiny part of this game. it is monumentally useful in all aspects of PvE, and removing it is a stupid idea...imo :P Seriously all you gotta do is kill em again. You already did it once

Umm, radiance isn't like an arc blade, it's jut throwing grenades(that will probably miss their target, nova bomb is WAY better in pvp

As a warlock, if you get killed by radiance from the grave, you're not doing it right. Teabag the ghost until it releases, or comes back in anger. You can sg/sg/mele in the time it takes me to get up. If I'm using radiance from the grave and the player that kills me is oblivious enough to turn their back and run away, I instantly put on my troll face and run after them more often than not resulting in a revenge kill. Eyes up, guardian.

1 ReplyLOL self Rez is the most useless perk for that super in pvp. You can easily die, radiant skin is a lot better, and song of flame can be good with a fire team. Still an underpowered super in pvp compared to most of them.

I love when they do that. When i hear the sound of a self res i pick my sniper and shoot him in the head before he can even move. Gotta love killing them twice.

Personally I much prefer voidwalker for crucible, the amount of sunsingers ive killed when they pop there special whilst they wake up is unreal. No grenades today sunshine

It's useful sometimes, especially in the middle of a team fight where the enemy is distracted. But if you use it when there's nobody around and the enemy has a fusion or shotgun, you've given them another free kill. Still, it's rather unfortunate that the other 2 Radiance perks are pretty useless. Radiant Skin's health boost is actually pathetic and I get the feeling that people in crucible actually hate their own teammates more than the enemy so Song of Fire isn't particularly attractive.
