Why do Bungie ignore everything you ask them..

Recently I've had this issue with a ghost on the cosmodrome. It's right next to the servant of the hand.. It's not there for me on any character and I've even deleted and reinstalled Destiny, so I posted on the forum and got some answers also some people telling me there isn't any issues with this ghost as they have gotten it.. However I tweeted Bungie a couple of times and have had no response. I paid for this game and give it a lot of my free time. There isn't any direct way to contact Bungie and I think there should be a team of people who respond to player problems.. And not on a forum like it is at the moment!! So anyone from Bungie who may read this, is there any way to get this Ghost because I have 67/68 of the ghosts available at the moment. And I want to collect them all!!

  • If I were the tech support at bungie my first response would be 'we think you already got that one and forgot or you didn't jump up on to the right box because everyone else we spoke to can find it'. Be realistic, there are 9 million owners and, let's say, 100 support staff (very optimistically)do you really expect personal service that investigates your play history to prove it one way or the other?
