Please don't blame us

Regarding this mornings troubles connecting, I would just like to say that the wording in a lot of your error code notices imply, strongly imply and sometimes simply state that the error is at our end. Since this morning according to your own tweet many users were experiencing banjo marionberry and drum surely this is much more likely to be a server end problem than a simultaneous multiple user end problem. I appreciate that your legal eagles will be very keen for you not to take the blame for everything, but I think it's a little rich that so many problems are blamed on us when they are blatantly not ours. I had a friend in the states the other day who was in a wired connection and kept being told he was connecting via a mobile device! I think a little honesty and transparency on these errors would be greatly revived by the community. I do also appreciate that you probably (hopefully) do not intend to pass the blame onto us but that's the way it comes across. Keep up the good work.
