Nightfall flame bug?
Not sure if it's a bug or not but whenever I switch to my Monolith Bleed IV for my Warlock, it shows my character with the Nightfall flames. But then when I switched to the Obsidian Mind helmet, it disappears. This is only on the Tower. It works fine in Crucible and Patrols and stuff. Also my Black Hammer is maxed out but doesn't show the yellow outline of being maxed out. Might be a bug too.

Black hammer is because the hive majors perk has been removed, it messed with the white nail perk not counting three headshots because of the extra damage.
