I'm sure this exists somewhere but wanted to share my thoughts. Destiny is kind of the only game I am playing right now. (that's not a complaint) I also have over a decade of MMO playtime. That's not boasting it's just relevant to my point, sorry for how it sounds. What I find based on these truths is I advanced quickly in PVE content / light levels. Grinding and farming extensively came very, very naturally to me. This being said though; I usually cap the (what seems like a low) 100 marks a couple hours after Tuesday's reset. This leaves me Wednesday-Monday with my only option being to farm the strike playlist for (very little) reputation:strike and hope for a legendary or exotic engram. What I am suggesting and hoping to see in the future is a raise to the weekly cap on marks so your player base that invests more than average time doesn't feel like there is no point in doing so. I know there are players out there reading this who're thinking (and rightfully so); "Hey, why not raid once you're capped? Farm that for better drops and the challenge?" which brings me to my one other point. Please, please add matchmaking to raids. I DO know six people that play Destiny, mostly real life buddies, but it's hard to get everyone on at once to get in for a raid. I know some clans out there raid, but sometimes they have very unrealistic expectations I have noticed. I don't play like a suck bot or anything. I die very rarely in the PVE content including strikes, I don't do things to get my teammates killed etc. For example two of the three clans I have applied to declined my interest because I didn't have any raid weapons. No raid exotics, no thank you was a direct quote from one. Well how the hell can I have raid exotics without raiding? =P I am waiting patiently on Xur's RNG to bless me, but nothing yet. So just hoping that Bungie listens, which I know they have a history of doing.
