I'm hoping others are with me here. I believe adding a ranking system to the crucible would really make the crucible much more enjoyable as well as make it more competitive. More specifically, I think the Halo 3 style of Ranking provides the best system for this. In case you're not familiar with this ranking system. You move up and down in Rank based on how you fare against competition of a similar rank. Your rank in this system really shows where you stand, not just how much you've played. If you're not doing so well you won't rank up and will continue to be matched up with players near your skill level. If you do well you'll move toward the top to fight the hardest competition. That doesn't mean you can't play with your friends because your ranks are averaged out. What does everyone else think? Do you like a ranking system like this?
