Bungie Must be Desperate for Maps
Anyone else think its bull how few maps there are? And Bungie's lame attempt to add variety by mismatching maps w game types is not helping
Rumble on Twilight Gap??Rusted lands?
Control on friggin Anomaly and Asylum ?
What next? Rumble on First Light?Skyshock?
How about you make us some new maps instead of trying to fake it by misuseing the few there are?

2 RepliesI love 6v6 on the Asylum. I use the following loadout: - Necrochasm - Praedyths - Hezen revenge / jolders Necro to add some challenge ... Uhm and to make things explode with style. Make sure you get into one of the 2 good sniping positions overlooking the corridor near zone b (where the heavy ammo spawns, don't know hiw to describe it). Aaaaand headshot them all, make them explode! Someone comes from behind you? No problem, let them explode using the necro!

5 RepliesAdding the 3v3 maps to a 6v6 rotation was a mistake. Though, I shouldn't complain. I think one of my best maps is anomaly. But I do prefer them to maps like shores of time, that's so horrendously unbalanced that it's a game of who camps c the hardest.

6 RepliesI miss Bastion and First Light. I like bigger maps, it adds variety and it was more fun to get around the maps. They left the tiny maps that are infested with shotguns and fusions. Bungie needs a PvP mode that focuses on larger maps.

Bungie: Hey boss, we need some new maps really bad people are dropping like flies in Crucible and complaining they are tired of the same stuff. Activision: Umm, no.. That would require us not making money and as you know nothing is for free and if anything we still have all the HoW material we held back so they need to be content when we release that. Bungie: Boss, please it's getting bad on the forums we have to give them something. Activision: Fine, just switch the maps around from different Crucible types and they are so dumb they won't know the difference. Bungie: But boss, some of those maps are either to big or to small to be moved. Activision: Shut your mouth and don't forget we have a 10 year contract.. Now, go do what your told and don't bother me again I have a CoD meeting on how we release minimal DLC and make some serious bucks.

The maps for PvP in this game are overall horrible, I would say there are about 2 maybe 3 good maps. They need to fix or just add better maps period

Small maps added to Control was needed as the rotation of maps in control was terribly limited. They should really just add the larger maps back in even though 50% of people then just play snipers and dont cap anything. What they really NEED to do is make the DLC maps free to all after a period of time. Keeping them behind a paywall forever is stupid, on the behalf of all publishers, as they will never, ever appear in a regular public playlist even if they are in the hopper. The only way to play DLC maps is to get in the limited DLC only playlists. Such a waste.

i personally see no problem with any of the maps in any of the rotations... rumble in skyshock, bastion, and first light with no radar would be a snipers heaven, but i use a sniper on any map... i'm definitely game on new maps, yet too make it work more smoothly, all the maps ought to be included on all the playlists... as for feeling if i got cheated out of my money, no way - just think of all the other ways to blow(sometimes literally) 60-100 bucks. heck a smoker spends that much on cigs in a week or two. LOL

I think it's extremely stupid that they haven't given us two new maps since they took two away. We all paid for those maps that they took away and they haven't replaced them.
