Getting really tired of no rewards
Is it just me or is anyone else out there tired of putting in countless hours and watching everyone else get amazing gear but never getting a single good drop. Every exotic or legendary gear I have I have earned or bought through bounties crucible or vanguard marks. I'm honestly thinking about moving on to another game. Is this just me? Am I whining for nothing really?

You also need to raid more often. 3 clears aren't gonna do you anything. Play nightfall, increase your chances at the dice. You just don't roll the good dice often if at all. You're playing a random number generator and you're playing the lowest possible percentage chance at rolling good gear. That's why you don't have any.

I was getting crap for months for nightfall rewards than back in January I had like 4 weeks of exotic drops. Now I'm getting crapped on again. Its hit or miss.

1 ReplyNo, you need multiple characters running the nightfalls, weeklies, and both raids every week. Then you have the right to bitch about drops.

Got Suros on second week from legendary engram in Patrol... That's when my luck ran out. Haven't gotten anything useful since. Countless grinding for No Land Beyonds, Universal Remotes, Accendant Shards, Motes of Light and stuff I already got from exotic bounties.

Yes been there too, that's a while ago now though... At one point good gear was just flying in and now I have the other problem, I nearly have all and run out of options! Play the NF and the raids(!!) and you will get good items sooner or later... Good luck

Saturday I had a legendary sniper engram popup after a mission. I was super excited because I need a 331 sniper but I do not want to use my commendations (as I'm sure I will need them as soon as HoW is out). So decrypt it and what do I get? An Ice Breaker! Problem is I already have one and needed a legendary sniper not an exotic. Plus with with the new page update switching guns between characters is so much faster than before having duplicates isn't anywhere near as convenient. I want to use my luck on weapons I actually need.

The loot system of this game is absolutely random, not weighed depending on performance nor timed played. It has burned out more than a few players.

1 ReplyJust keep trying dude... whining doesn't help anything. You only have 1 character and it's not even lvl 32 yet. It doesn't even have a single piece of Crota's End gear either. Run Normal Mode Crota's End and I promise you will get some gear on every single run. Better yet, make 2 more characters and if you do the Raids and Nightfalls on them every week you will be bound to get some gewd sheet. Yes the game is RNG, but if you put time into the game then you will get rewards back. It says you've only been in 18 raids (that doesn't mean you completed 18). You really have no right to be complaining. With RNG, it's probabilities so yes you may get what you wanted the first time, but most people do it repeatedly before getting everything they want.

Great post. Now, I guarantee you get your rewards, fellow Guardian. I made a post like this a month back saying how I've gotten sh*t from Nightfall ETC for almost 3 months. In the last 2-3 weeks alone, I've collected the remaining exotics I needed. Thank you, RNG.
